Giulia is an attractive, self-confident young woman. She works for her father Lorenzo in the family-owned Trattoria da Lorenzo in Hamburg's Neustadt district. The trattoria is the business premises, meeting place and living room of the extended Italian family, which also includes Giulia's cousins Gino and Luca. Francesco - "the beautiful Francesco" - is not related to Lorenzo, but is nevertheless part of the family. At some point, Giulia had a brief affair with Francesco - since then he has considered himself her fiancé. In addition to the Trattoria da Lorenzo, Giulia's father has another mainstay - Lorenzo takes orders for thefts, which are then carried out by Giulia, Francesco, Gino and Luca. Nothing big, nothing dangerous - a sideline, so to speak.

A balls to the wall action film about Fast, the fastest person alive, who is also named Fast.

Jean-Louis is an naive, amiable orphan who spent his life with his elderly and very strict grandfather. Jean-Louis was a 25-year old virgin when a free-spirited young Parisian woman was temporarily stranded in his village after a bus broke down. She left him a changed man, and she also left a match book from a fast food restaurant called Fast Burger. Soon after his grandfather passes away, the innocent rube Jean-Louis hops on his bike and embarks upon a quest to Paris to find this enigmatic woman. But he is not prepared for the size of Paris, and instead ends up working at a Fast Burger outlet himself. Jean-Louis is a simple soul and freely expresses himself without guile. For some reason this endears him to the staff and management; soon he has been promoted into the upper echelons of the company. One day he meets a rather ditzy Metro security guard, Henriette, who is also at sea in the big city. The kindred spirits click and a sweet romance ensues.

Fast Times is a seven-episode 1986 television remake of the 1982 movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High that was produced by Amy Heckerling, who directed the original film. Cameron Crowe, who penned the original Fast Times novel and film screenplay, served as creative consultant. Moon Unit Zappa participated as a technical consultant. She was hired in order to research slang terms and mannerisms of teenagers, as she had just graduated from high school at the time and had a much better grasp of then-current high school behavior than the writers. Oingo Boingo provided the theme song.

Dr. Richard Beckett, a former racecar driver and now a prominent doctor, wants to put his obsession with the cut-throat world of racing behind him. When his arch-rival, Christian Chandler, lures him back to the pits with a speedway medic position, he finds a deadly mystery waiting.

Evoking a cinema verite feel not found in most sports documentaries, Fast Break examines the 1977 Portland Trailblazers basketball team in a surprisingly personal and compelling fashion. Inter-cutting excerpts from the 1977 playoff / championship season, the film steps outside of the basketball court, and into the everyday lives of the Trailblazers, as well as their coach Jack Ramsey. Whether it’s biking the Oregon coast with star center Bill Walton, hosting a kids basketball camp with Dave Twardzik, or joking with Maurice Lucas at the pool – Fast Break lets the players speak for themselves: about basketball, life and playing in Portland. Fast Break, a film documentary about Bill Walton and the Portland Trail Blazers winning the 1976-77 NBA title and the aftermath of their accomplishment, is the greatest movie I have ever seen on the subject of professional team sports, basketball as a metaphor for life, and the perfect practice of Zen Buddhism in American society.
